Boxoko is a smart content sharing platform that enables creators to connect their audiences with their most recent and relevant content.

1- Welcome to Boxoko

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Boxoko platform ("Boxoko.com") and tools ("Services") offered by Boxoko ("Boxoko", "Platform", "Website", "we", "us", or "our").

2- Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Boxoko Platform or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the Terms, you are not authorized to use the Website or Services.

3- Account, Usage and Plans

To create an account, you must be at least 13 years old and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You can signup to Boxoko on a Free or Paid plan and cancel at any time. Your plan will start normally until you cancel it. If you cancel a paid plan it will continue until the end of your current billing cycle and then it will automatically converted to a free plan. To cancel, visit the billing plans page inside your account. To the extent permitted by applicable law, payments are non-refundable. However, we understand that sometimes your requirements may change. So, if you’ve selected a paid plan and would like to cancel it within 72 hours, we may make an exception (please send an email to billing@boxoko.com).

4- User Content

You are solely responsible for the content you upload, post, or share through the Platform or Services ("User Content"). You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the User Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. You grant Boxoko a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your User Content as necessary to operate and improve the Website and Services. Have it in mind that your content will be publicly accessible, and may be used and re-shared by others on Boxoko and across the internet.

Kindly don’t share personal info on Boxoko that you don’t want it to be visible to the world. Never post any passport details, social security numbers, driving licenses or similar info that could cause harm in the wrong hands. We don’t have to monitor the accuracy, reliability or legality of your content, but we may choose to do so.

5- Your visitors and customers

You are responsible for your profile visitor and customers, who donate or purchase products or services through your Boxoko "known as End-Users”, You bear the sole responsibility for: A- How the End Users engage with your profile and content. B- Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws concerning the rights of your End-Users and transactions happening between you and your End-Users through your Boxoko (Example: through the Payments Blocks or Links or Buttons or Codes "Buy Now" or "Add to Cart" or "Donate Me" features). You acknowledge that any donations received through our “Donate Me” feature are given voluntarily, without expectation of any goods or services in return. This feature should be utilized for personal donations, not for a fundraising on behalf of charities or other causes.

6- Prohibited Content and Activities

You may not use the Boxoko Platform or Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including, but not limited to:

Uploading, posting, or sharing content that is unlawful, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, or invasive of privacy.
Infringing on any intellectual property rights of others.
Transmitting viruses or other harmful code.
Interfering with the operation of the Website or Services.
Impersonating any person or entity.

Boxoko reserves the right to terminate your account and remove any User Content that violates these Terms or in its sole discretion.

7- Intellectual Property

The Platform and Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, sell, or license any content from the Website or Services without our express written permission.

8- Limitation of Liability

Boxoko will not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of the Platform or Services, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9- Termination

Boxoko may terminate your access to the Website or Services at any time, for any reason, or no reason at all.

10- Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

11- Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Boxoko with respect to your use of the Website and Services.

12- Amendments

Boxoko reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The modified Terms will be effective upon posting on the Website. You agree to be bound by the modified Terms upon your continued use of the Website or Services.

13- Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and Services are provided "as is" and without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. Boxoko does not warrant that the Platform or Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

14- Feedback

We at Boxoko are constantly striving to make your experience the best it can be. Your feedback is incredibly valuable to us as it helps us understand your needs and improve the platform. We welcome any suggestions, ideas, or concerns you may have about the Platform and Services.
